Adviser to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain is writing a book titled "July: Mathrubhumi Othoba Mrittu" (July: Motherland or Death) about the July uprising.
The book, which recounts memoirs of the July uprising, is being published by Prothoma Prokashoni and is set for release on Monday.
Regarding the book, Prothoma Prokashoni said: "This book is a detailed memoir of a close participant in the July uprising. For the first time, it reveals many unknown stories from that uncertain, risky, and courageous time. To understand and learn about the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, this book is essential."
Earlier, on Thursday, the sports adviser's official Facebook page also announced the book’s publication.
