The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred 37 police officers, including four joint commissioners.
The transfer was made in four separate orders signed by DMP Commissioner Md Mainul Hasan on Monday.
The others include 12 deputy commissioners of police, 11 additional deputy commissioners of police and 10 assistant commissioners of police.
Of the four joint commissioners, Khandaker Faridul Islam from Traffic (South) has been transferred to Public Order Management (POM), Hamida Parvin from Protection and Diplomatic Security Division to DMP Headquarters, Mohammad Kamruzzaman to Traffic (South), and Mohammad Shahidullah to Diplomatic Security Division.
