Army steps in to offer urgent medical care to injured students

Army says it is committed to providing highest level of support to ensure that injured students receive necessary emergency medical care

The Bangladesh Army has taken steps to provide urgent and advanced medical care to students injured during the recent anti-discrimination movement. 

The Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate in a press release on Sunday asked injured students currently under treatment who wished to receive emergency medical services to contact the following numbers of Combined Military Hospital, Dhaka: 01769051652, 01769051653, 01769051654, 01769051657 and 01769051658.

It said the army wished for the swift recovery of the students injured in the movement and was committed to providing the highest level of support to ensure that the injured students received the necessary emergency medical care.
