Dhaka Tribune Editor Zafar Sobhan will engage in a conversation with Prof Durreen Shahnaz, the founder of Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) based in Singapore.
This discussion will take place within the context of Prof Shahnaz’s book titled “The Defiant Optimist: Daring to Fight Global Inequality, Reinvent Finance, and Invest in Women.”
Prof Shahnaz, a Bangladeshi-American investment banker, and renowned social impact entrepreneur on the global stage, is the author of the aforementioned book.
The show will also feature a poetry session by Poet Sadaf Saaz.
