Ana Kelly Carranza Saocido, a 33-year-old woman from Peru, a country in Latin America, has travelled to Noakhali in pursuit of love.

She is in a relationship with Arman Hossain, son of Noor Alam from Barai village in the Ghatlabagh area of Chatkhil upazila, Noakhali. Arman works as a police constable in Brahmanbaria district.

Their connection began in 2017 when they met on the social media platform Facebook. Over the course of six years, their relationship deepened, leading to their recent marriage.

On July 2, Saocido arrived in Bangladesh, where Arman Hossain eagerly awaited her at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka. The couple tied the knot on the same day.

After spending a few days in Dhaka, they travelled to Chatkhil on Thursday and are currently residing in a house in Chatkhil area. The local community is excited to see the bride, and Arman's family is delighted to welcome a foreigner as their daughter-in-law.

Arman Hossain said: "For six years, we communicated solely through phone calls and never had the opportunity to meet in person. We both made the decision to marry, and we did so when she arrived in Bangladesh."

Saocido shared: "I willingly came to be with Arman in order to nurture our love and relationship. We hope that everyone will pray for our happiness."
