The online application process for admission to class-XI is scheduled to kick off on August 10 and will remain open until August 20.
The decision was made on Monday during a meeting to finalize the admission policy for intermediate students, following the release of this year's SSC and equivalent examination results last Friday.
Chairman of Dhaka Education Board Prof Tapan Kumar Sarker said that prospective students would have the option to choose between five and ten colleges when applying for admission.
Once the admissions process concludes, classes are planned to commence on October 8, he added.
Applicants will be required to pay a fee of Tk150 when submitting their applications online.
