The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) organized the Summer 2023 CSE Freshers' Orientation to welcome the newest members of the family on Thursday at ULAB main campus.
Prof Mohammad Kaykobad, former CSE department professor, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) was present as the chief guest, reads a press release.
Professor Imran Rahman, vice chancellor of ULAB, dean of School of Science and Engineering Professor Mofazzal Hossain, Head (Acting) of the Department Professor Muhammad Golam Kibria, faculty members, and freshers were present at the orientation program.
Chief Guest Professor Kaykobad in his speech focused on kindness and being respectful to others.
He emphasized on lifelong learning as well as engagement with different co-curricular activities during their course of study to get familiarize with the real world.
