Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, said a met office forecast on Sunday.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, it said.
Mild heatwave may sweep over northwestern part of the country for the next 72 hours, the forecast added.
Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded by 35°C at Rangamati while the minimum one was recorded by 21.5°C at Tetulia.
Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am on Sunday was recorded by 63mm at Sreemangal.
The sun will set at 6:40pm on Sunday and rise at 5:12am on Monday.
