President Abdul Hamid will leave Dhaka for Singapore on Wednesday night for medical check-up.
A regular flight of Singapore Airlines carrying the president will take off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:50pm, said President's Press Secretary Joynal Abedin.
His medical check-up will be conducted at Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Singapore National Eye Hospital.
The president is expected to return home on February 27.
