Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Thursday felicitated swimmer Mahfuza Khatun Shila, shooter Shakil Ahmed and weightlifter Mabia Akter Shimanta with flats for their consistent performances in the sports arena.
Bangladesh Navy’s Shila and Bangladesh Army’s Shakil were present during the occasion at Ganabhaban while Bangladesh Ansar and VDP's Shimanta was represented by her father.
The Premier inquired about the athletes’ training and encouraged them to maintain their performances in future.
