Premier Bangladesh motor racer Tauhid Anwar finished second in the third round of the Indian Car Racing Championship.
Better known in the racing world as Avik Anwar, the racer earned a podium spot in the third round of the Volkswagen Polo category.
He is also the first Bangladeshi to secure back to back podiums in the Volkswagen Polo Cup series.
The second round of the race was held in Chennai's Madras Motor Race Track from last Thursday to Saturday.
With this podium a tally of his points has now elevated him to second place in this fierce championship battle.
The fourth and final round of the championship will be held on February 10 in Chennai at Madras Motor Race Track in Chennai, India.
