After a goalless 30 minutes, Neo beat title seeking Laila Group 5-3 on penalties to register the first upset of the tournament.
Tuhin pulled the all-important save from Laila's Peash.
Meanwhile in another exciting match, Ragib's heroics saved the day for Wintex who came back from a goal down against Apparel Industry and eventually won it on penalties.
After finishing 1-1, goalie Ragib saved three penalties in a row to deny Apparel the final berth.
In other matches, Save and Serve Foundation beat Bongo 5-0 and Torque Fashions Ltd beat Interport Group 5-1 to reach the Plate semi-final.
In the Corporate Masters category Thursday, two-time champion Bando Design Ltd will take on Mutual Trust Bank in the first semi-final while holder Comfit Composite Knit Ltd will face Therap BD.
