He was bowled by left-arm spinner Taijul Islam. Sabbir generally bats at No 3 position in ODIs and T20Is but in their last Test match, he batted at No 4. In the practice match he also batted at No 4. The right-handed batsman hinted that he can bat in the lower middle-order if the team need.
“I am not thinking about batting order. I will bat wherever my team need. Coach [Chandika Hathurusingha] did not discuss with me about that yet.
