The 15th edition of the ULAB Fair Play Cup Twenty20 tournament has got underway.
The inaugural ceremony of the competition took place at ULAB Wednesday, bringing together 10 top private universities in a spirited celebration of youth, teamwork, and fair play.
Bangladesh University of Business and Technology, BRAC University, Dhaka International University, Independent University, Bangladesh, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, International Standard University, North South University, United International University, Uttara University and University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh will be playing in this tournament, which is scheduled to run from April 16 to May 2, 2025.
The opening ceremony was attended by ULAB’s Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Jude William Genilo, Registrar Lt. Col. Md. Foyzul Islam (Retd.), Muhammad Taufiq Aziz, Senior Manager, External Affairs, and senior officials, alongside faculty, staff, and student supporters.
The opening match was played between ULAB and Uttara University, which ULAB won convincingly by 129 runs.
