Bangladesh Cricket Board has appointed former Australia cricketer Jamie Siddons as the batting consultant.
The decision was revealed Friday by BCB president Nazmul Hasan following the second meeting of the board formed in October this year.
The BCB is however, yet to decide on the areas Siddons will work on.
“We are yet to decide his area of work but it is confirmed that he is likely to join Bangladesh cricket from February,” said Nazmul to the media Friday.
The 57-year old Siddons previously worked as Bangladesh national team coach from 2007 till the 2011 World Cup.
