Chasing 105, the Aussies reached their destination with an over to spare, and denied the Tigers from a potential series sweep.
The Tigers earlier posted a modest 104/9 in their 20 overs.
Captain Mahmudullah had won the toss and decided to bat first.
The Tigers are unchanged from the third T20I, which they won by 10 runs at the same venue Friday to claim the series with two matches to spare.
