Bangladesh Emerging Women sealed the five-match one-day series against the visiting South Africa Emerging team as they took an unassailable 3-0 lead after winning the third match by a six-wicket margin Thursday.
At Sylhet International Stadium, the visitors were bundled out for just 92 before the hosts reached the target in 28 overs.
After winning the toss South African openers looked good as they put on 25 but Bangladesh took a firm grip in the match after getting the breakthrough.
Bangladeshi bowlers Ritu Moni, Nahida Akhter and Rabeya Khan proved too hot to handle as they picked up three wickets each.
In reply, the hosts struggled to reach the low score as they lost four wickets cheaply but opener Murshida Khatun held one side and scored 46 to help her side win the match, and the series.
