Bangladesh A cricket team bagged five wickets as Sri Lanka A posted 223 runs in 74 overs following the end of the first day of the second and final unofficial Test match in Hambantota Friday.
The home side batted first in the series decider after the first game ended in a draw.
Opener Pathum Nissanka (85) and Kamindu Mendis (62) added 121 for the second wicket to lay the platform for a competitive first innings score.

Nissanka faced 166 balls in his innings and struck 11 fours while Mendis negotiated 121 deliveries and hammered eight fours and a six.
Off-spinner Mehedi Hasan Miraz notched three scalps conceding 66 runs while seamer Ebadat Hossain picked up two giving away 51 runs.
The two teams will also contest a three-match unofficial ODI series.
