In response to Bangladesh’s 360 runs in the first innings, Sri Lanka A team scored 204/2 after day 2 of the three-day match in Hambantota Monday.
Bangladesh resumed the day on 270/6 before Mehedi Hasan was dismissed for 57 runs that consisted of seven boundaries and the visitors could get past 350-run mark before getting all out.

Bangladeshi bowlers started well, as pacer Ebadat Hossain picked up Pathum Nissanka early on. However, the Lankan batsmen fought back and ended the day on high.
Lankan opener Sangeet Kure scored 104 runs from 151 deliveries before getting out to Miraz. Kamindu Mendis remained unbeaten with 79 runs from 141 balls.
