Australia camp is expecting a tough fight from Bangladesh when they face each other in their 2019 World Cup match at Trent Bridge in Nottingham Thursday.
The Tigers have beaten South Africa in their opening game of the tournament, before outclassing the West Indies in their last match with a dominant batting performance as they chased down 322 runs with 51 balls to spare and seven wickets in hand.
The Aussies are in good form in the tournament so far as they have won four games out of five.
All-rounder Shakib al Hasan is in red hot form as he is the leading run-scorer of the tournament with 384 runs in just four innings.
Australia admitted Shakib will be the key threat against them, and also know they have to deal with Bangladesh spinners well in their next match.

“Bangladesh are playing some really good cricket at the moment, led by Shakib. We’ve put our time into Shakib and all the players at the top of the batting-order. And also, we are planning against their spinners as well,” said Australia wicketkeeper-batsman Alex Carey during the pre-match press conference Wednesday at Trent Bridge.
“We know Shakib's a big threat and has done a lot of the work for Bangladesh at the moment as well as Mehedi (Hasan Miraz) and a couple of the other spinners.
“He’s probably in career-best form with the white-ball. We know the areas and line and length we want to bowl to him and we'll assess the conditions as well. But there’s no extra planning, I don't think. We normally have our plans going into every game and we assess each player accordingly.
“We've prepared accordingly for the spin attack, they’re bowling really well at the moment so we've prepared for the conditions and for the attack.”
