The BCB has launched its Regional Cricket Academy initiative with the aim of providing structured, long-term specialised skill training for talented cricketers of the U-16 and U-18 age-levels.
A talent hunt programme under the auspices of Sylhet Regional Cricket Academy began in Sunamganj Sunday.
Similar talent scouting is also set to take place at Habiganj District Stadium Monday, Sylhet District Stadium on October 29 and Old College Field in Moulvibazar a day later.
The scouting of the talents is being done by specialised coaches and trainers of the BCB.
Selected players from the scouting will undergo specialised training starting on November 3 under the supervision of SRCA.
