Juboraj got a call from the festival at the end of the year! But this time he is not in the waiting list of the festival to receive the award. Rather, this young producer is going to sit in the seat of the judges of those who will be awarded.
While the work is new and honorable for Juboraj, the tradition of the world's oldest Moscow International Film Festival is quite old. The festival has a long-standing tradition of selecting the next year's jury for the winning creators of the competition in the main section of the festival. In that continuity, the director of 'Adim' who won Moscow in the 44th edition was invited to be a judge this year.
Juboraj Shamim received the invitation letter from the festival authorities via email on the night of March 15. He is one of the people responsible for judging the short films in the competition section at the festival. The director said, 'It is certainly a matter of pride to be a judge in such a prestigious event. I hope that I will try my best to properly fulfill the responsibility assigned to me.'
Juboraj said that the Moscow Film Festival started in August last year but this year it is starting from April 20. The festival will continue till April 27. Short films will be screened on April 25 and 26. He will arrive in Moscow on April 24 at the invitation of festival authorities.
Meanwhile, Juboraj has announced the release of 'Adim' in the theaters of the country on May 12. He said that soon he will start promoting the film in full swing. Before that, Juboraj is taking 'Adim' to the 'Habitated International Film Festival' to be held in Delhi, India, next week. He will attend the festival from March 21. All the award-winning and celebrated films released in the last year have taken place in the festival.
