Popular director, writer and producer of Indian cinema, Anurag Kahyap on December 7 shared a reel about Chorki Original Series “Guti,” on his verified Instagram account.
Popular Bangladeshi OTT platform Chorki on its Facebook page released the first teaser of the web series, “Guti,” on December 7. “Rehana Maryam Noor” actor Azmeri Haque Badhon plays a drug smuggler in the web series directed by Shankha Dasgupta.
Anurag wishing Badhon the best, shared the reel right after the official teaser release of “Guti.” The reel contains a short clip of the official teaser.
Anurag Kashyap's Instagram post anticipates the international hype even before the release of Chorki Original, “Guti.” Anurag Kashyap is well known for his remarkable works in Hindi Cinema such as “Gangs of Wasipur,” “Dev D” etc. He is the recipient of several awards including, National Film Award and Filmfare.
Along with Badhon, many actors including Shahriar Nazim Joy, Moushumi Hamid, and Nasir Uddin Khan appeared in the series.
