Former Aurthohin drummer and music director Rumi Rahman has passed away.
He breathed his last at his last at his Dhanmondi residence around 5:40am on Monday after suffering a stroke.
Rumi has played with many music legends since stepping into the industry in the 90s.
One of the finest drummers in the country, he played with famous bands such as Dalchut.
"He was also one of the founder members of the band and an integral part of our debut album Trimatrik. We are deeply shocked to hear the news. Please pray for the departed soul", Aurthohin wrote on their official page.
