Prateek Vat's critically acclaimed film Eb Allay Ooo (2019) will premiere online on May 30 at 5pm on YouTube. It marks the second day of Global Film Festival (May 29-June 7). The film will be available to stream for 24 hours after the premiere.
The story revolves around a young migrant, who battles hordes of monkeys in the heart of New Delhi as a contractual monkey repeller.
Eeb Allay Ooo is curated by Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI), one of the participants of this We Are One: Global Film Festival. The festival also includes programming curated by the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Guadalajara International Film Festival, International Film Festival & Awards Macao (IFFAM), Jerusalem Film Festival, Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Locarno Film Festival, Marrakech International Film Festival, New York Film Festival, Rotterdam International Film Festival (IFFR), San Sebastian International Film Festival, Sarajevo Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival, Tokyo International Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival and Venice Film Festival.
Other attractions featured on the second day of Global Film Festival include Love Chapter 2, East of Jefferson, Late Marriage, Ricky Powell: The Individualist, alongside talks and masterclasses.
