Ibrahim Ahmed Kamal, one of the finest Bangladesh’s finest musicians in the hard rock genre and a widely-known guitar maestro from Warfaze, has praised another famous guitarist, Emon Chowdhury, who is also a distinguished player and plays guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele in succession for Chirkutt.
The guitarist duo met during the ‘Joy Bangla Concert’ for the first time ever and are excited about their meeting. Emon even gifted Kamal a pick, as a token of appreciation and mutual respect.
To express his gratitude and love for Emon, Kamal posted a photo on Facebook with a caption saying, “Finally met Emon, the amazingly talented guitarist and musician from Chirkut. I have always loved his playing, now I just love the guy because he is so humble and well mannered. Keep playing, Brother. I am proud of you. He even gifted me a pick. Cheeerz Brother.”
Their fans are also pleased to see them together and appreciating each other. Suman Chowdhury, a fan of the guitarists wrote, “When a real gentleman recognises another, something amazing happens!” Some of them even expressed their desire to see Kamal and Emon play together in the comment section.
Kamal has been working with Warfaze as the lead guitarist of the band, since it’s inception. He was also seen as a guest member of the band Aurthohin. The guitar maestro is also known for his collaboration with several underground bands, while Emon Chwodhury joined the pop fusion band Chirkutt in 2006.
