Vibe was a breakout star in the early ‘00s band music scene with their resonant verses and hooking melodies. But while their contemporaries Cryptic Fate, Artcell, Black, and Aurthohin maintained their momentum, Vibe discontinued after 2007 leaving their fans longing for a reunion.
However, that reunion, once considered just a hopeful fancy, appears to be definitely off the table as former bandmates lashed out at each other on Facebook.
On Sunday night, ex-Vibe guitarist Oni Hasan shared a Vibe cover video on his Facebook page, and saying he would like to reform Vibe with the others. He added a comment, calling on the fans to tag the other Vibe members.

Several hours later, Shuddho Fuad Sadi, vocalist of the band, posted a tirade on Facebook, accusing Oni of abandoning the band.
Shuddho also claimed that Oni reached out to him several weeks ago. He mentioned that Vibe is working on a few tracks, one of them titled “Manush Namchey.”
To sum up, Shuddho’s post more or less says there is no chance in hell that Oni will be a part of Vibe again.
Shortly afterwards, Oni responded to Shuddho’s post, saying he sincerely wanted to get the band back together, but Shuddho’s response killed all chances for it.
Oni joined Vibe in late 2005 and played on the band’s debut album "Chena Jogot." In 2007, Oni went on to play for Warfaze before moving to the US for higher studies.
The Dhaka Tribune has reached out to both musicians for comments.
Vibe is not the only Bangladeshi band to have personnel issues. Shafin Ahmed and Miles have butted heads several times, leading to his departure on two occasions. But the band reunited. Last year, Artcell guitarist Ershad Zaman and Lincoln D'Costa had a falling out that sent shock waves throughout the industry.
