In this age of bringing back the old gold Bollywood songs, it’s time to get back Ek Do Teen once again. Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez is practicing hard to match her steps with all time Bollywood Diva Madhuri Dixit. Jacqueline will be seen doing Ek Do Teen in the film Baaghi 2.
Baaghi 2 is the next film of Tiger Shroff. Its a sequel of his movie Baaghi. Baaghimade Tigeran overnight action star and now the sequel is in the works. Titled Baaghi 2, Tiger will be starring opposite Disha Patani and the movie is being helmed by Ahmed Khan.
Joining the cast for a special dance number is Jacqueline Fernandez who is going to be seen recreating Madhuri Dixit’s iconic song Ek Do Teen from Tezaab. The song will be choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.
Talking about the same is Ahmed, who said to a leading tabloid, “There will be three choreographers on the set today, that’s a picture perfect moment in itself! It’s an all-time favourite and I have asked Ganesh to retain Sarojji’s famous hook steps and Manish Malhotra to keep Madhuri Dixit’s pink outfit in mind while designing Jacqueline’s costume. I want the same feel of the earlier song that still looms large on everyone’s mind and also the same vibe, with the crowds chanting ‘Mohini, Mohini’ as Madhuri takes the stage.”

Reminiscing about the iconic number is Saroj Khan who won a Filmfare Award for Choreography, Saroj recalled, “It all happened a long time ago, all that I remember is that Madhuri was a trained in Kathak dancer but had problems adapting to Bollywood style latka-jhatkas during her previous film Uttar Dakshin. Being a dancer myself, I choreographed the song in 20 minutes flat, but Madhuri found it difficult to shake her hips the way I wanted. We had intense rehearsals for 17 days before the shoot and Madhuri would diligently practice for 10 am to 10 pm every day.”
Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan were seen doing another remade, Tamma Tamma Loge in Badrinath ki Dulhania eariler where Madhuri taught the steps herself to these young artists of Bollywood.
