To give his aficionados a big bang at the start of the New Year, pop singer Imran Mahmudul has collaborated with model and actor Safa Kabir for his new music video.
Produced by CMV, the music video titled “Tumi” will portray a romantic chemistry between the two. Directed by budding maker Vicky Zahed, the music video was filmed around Ashulia and wrapped shooting on December 20.
Written by Mehedi Hasan Limon and with Nazir Mahmud's tune, Imran composed the track himself.
“This is a wonderful song. The music video is also a unique one,” said Imran. “This is the first time I worked with Safa Kabir and it was a great experience.”
He added: “Overall, I have tried to bring out a New Year bash for my fans through this video. I believe it will be a remarkable gift for them.”
Safa Kabir, on the other hand, also shared her feeling about working on the music video. “I only have worked on a single music video until now. Generally, I am not interested in this sort of work. But after listening to Imran’s song and the plans regarding the music video, I was excited to work with him on this.”
She also said the video was one of the best works in her career.
According to CMV, the music video will be released in the first week of January on YouTube.
