Update : 13 Oct 2017, 09:41 PM
Six days after parting ways with the widely popular Bangladeshi band Shironamhin, Tanzir Tuhin has apologised to the members of his former band. Tuin wrote a Facebook post directed to the members of Shironamhin and the fans, saying he is sorry for making comments that deeply hurt his former band mates. Tuhin also requested all of his listeners, fans and the media to stand with Shironamhin like they did in the past. He added that ‘Shironamhin’ is what it is today because of the love and support of their fans. Tuhin concluded the post by thanking Shironamhin and expressing his gratitude to the band for giving him love and the opportunity to become a singer. Widely popular Bangladeshi band Shironamhin’s lead vocal Tanzir Tuhin left the band on October 6. Tuhin made an announcement about his decision on social media platform Facebook. Tuhin’s sudden departure created a huge shock-wave of reaction among the fans. Some of the die-hard fans started blaming band leader Zia and the rest of the members, and rallied behind Tuhin. The situation deteriorated when both Tuhin and Zia gave contradicting comments over the matter in several media outlets. The band Shironamhin was formed in 1996. Tuhin joined the band in 2000 as their lead vocal. Their first album ‘Jahaji’ was released in 2004 and turned out to be a massive success for the band. The band’s last album was released almost four years ago.
