April 24 marks the 11th anniversary of the fashion industry’s worst tragedy: the collapse of the Rana Plaza building, killing 1,138 people.
Eleven years on, nightmares still haunt the survivors of the collapse. Their demand is straightforward: a fair trial of those involved in such preventable tragedies.
On the 11th anniversary of the Rana Plaza building collapse, members of various organizations paid tribute to the monument dedicated to the victims of the tragedy in Savar.
The photos were taken by Dhaka Tribune’s Mahmud Hossain Opu.
