Update : 17 Feb 2022, 06:50 PM

University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) will hold its sixth convocation virtually on Monday.

Altogether 754 students of various undergraduate and graduate programs will be bestowed with degrees during the ceremony, said ULAB Vice Chancellor Prof Imran Rahman at a virtual press meet on Saturday.

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will preside over the program on behalf of the chancellor, President Abdul Hamid, while Prof Kazi Shahidullah, chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), will be present as a special guest.

Narail 2 MP Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, a former captain of the Bangladesh National Cricket Team, will deliver the convocation speech.

ULAB will hold its convocation online instead of in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
