She has shown a tremendous ability to beat the odds and take up the mantle for the solemn purpose of leading a troubled nation.
Although Bangladeshis already recognise Sheikh Hasina’s worth and contribution to the nation, it is still an honour for us that our prime minister has been recognised in this way.
