Entrepreneur Juman Khan, co-founder of International Technology of Bangladesh (ITB), is leading the company’s growing presence in the international digital services market, with the organization now working with clients from different countries around the world.

Khan co-founded International Technology of Bangladesh on April 9 last year with the vision of providing professional digital and social media services to clients both in Bangladesh and internationally.

Since its establishment, ITB has expanded its services to include digital marketing, web design, app development, search engine optimization (SEO), Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, and other social media solutions.

Under the leadership and guidance of Juman Khan, the company has built a growing international client base.

Its clients include well-known individuals and professionals from different sectors, including actors, actresses, sports personalities, singers, administrative officials, members of parliament, and ministers.

At present, around 38 employees are working at International Technology of Bangladesh, with monthly earnings ranging from approximately Tk20,000 to Tk50,000.

According to a company official, ITB currently handles more projects for international clients than for clients in Bangladesh.

“More than 70% of our work is carried out for clients outside Bangladesh. We believe our international work also contributes to the country’s economy. We have reached this position because of the proper guidance and leadership of Juman Khan, the founder and CEO of our organization,” the official said.

The official also said that Juman Khan has created opportunities for students to work alongside their studies, allowing many of them to gain professional experience while also supporting their families financially.

An ITB client from the Philippines also praised the company’s services and the leadership of Juman Khan.

“Working with International Technology of Bangladesh has helped my business move significantly forward in the Philippines. I have worked with many organizations before, but I have never received this level of service. Their marketing work is performing very well, and the quality of their services is excellent. They take every assignment seriously and complete the work professionally, often ahead of schedule,” the client said.

Speaking about his philosophy toward work, Juman Khan, co-founder and CEO of International Technology of Bangladesh, said: “We take every client’s work very seriously, whether the work is small or large. I believe every job should be given equal importance. If you have respect and passion for your work, you can achieve great things even through small tasks.”

With Juman Khan at the helm, International Technology of Bangladesh is continuing to expand its international operations while creating employment opportunities for young people in Bangladesh.

The company aims to further strengthen its position in the global digital services market and showcase the skills and capabilities of Bangladeshi digital professionals to clients around the world.
