3-4 ripe mangoes
1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey (or adjust to your taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions:
Peel and chop the mangoes and blend all the listed ingredients until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust the taste according to your liking.
When you’re satisfied, pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds and pop it into the freezer for at least six hours.

3-4 ripe mangoes
1/2 cup water

Ingredients
3-4 mangoes
3 cups of full-fat milk or coconut milk
4 tbsp milk powder
4 tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
Peel and carefully slice off the tops of the mangoes, then remove the seeds while keeping the fruit's shape intact.
In a pan, bring the milk, sugar, milk powder, and cardamom powder to a boil.
Let the milk mixture simmer until it reduces by half, then transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool completely.
Pour the cooled kulfi mixture into the hollowed-out mangoes, then place the mango tops back on to cover them.
