These drinks aren't just for people experiencing heat during Pohela Boishakh on Sunday, they're perfect companions throughout the summer, helping you beat the heat while staying hydrated and maintaining your body temperature.

  1. Lemonade: Quench your thirst with a classic lemonade, a perfect antidote to dehydration. Lemonade aids digestion and can help regulate blood sugar levels. For an extra burst of freshness, add crushed mint leaves to your lemonade.
  2. Lemon and Cucumber Cooler: Blend cucumber in a blender, strain the mixture, and collect the juice. Combine cucumber juice with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a splash of Sprite, and chopped mint leaves. Serve over ice cubes for a refreshing cucumber-lemon drink.
