Former president of Bangladesh Tax Lawyers Association (BTLA) Golam Sarwar has passed away after suffering from a cardiac arrest.
He took his last breath at the BRB Hospitals Ltd at Panthapath at 12:49pm on Friday.
He left behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his demise.
He was buried at the Banani graveyard after Isha prayers on Friday.
