Mohammad Badrul Ahsan, known as a popular columnist for The Daily Star and former publisher and editor of now defunct First News, has passed away at the age of 60.
He breathed his last at Dhaka’s Uttara on early hours of Thursday, his family sources said.
His namaz-e-janaza will be at Gulshan Central Mosque (Azad Mosque) after Zohr prayers.
