Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has mourned the passing away of Dil Monowara Monu, a senior journalist and former executive editor of the fortnightly feminist magazine “Ananya”.
The premier prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family in a condolence message on Monday, reports UNB.
Monu, also a women journalist leader, died at the Bangladesh Institute of Research and Rehabilitation in Diabetes, Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders (Birdem) Hospital in the early hours of Monday.
