A new teaser for the 3rd season of sci-fi thriller Stranger Things has been released in the guise of a television commercial (TVC).
The trailer introduces the Starcourt Mall, located in Hawkins, Indiana as a new plot setting for the much beloved Netflix series.
Maya Hawke, a 20 year old American actress and model, will portray a new character named Robin, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Filmed in the 80s style, the teaser shows Steve Harrington (Joe Keery) and Robin (Maya Hawke) working at Scoop Ahoy ice cream shop inside the Starcourt Mall.
No release date for the much awaited 3rd season has been announced as yet, but the teaser concludes with “Coming next summer!”

The second season of Stranger Things has recently been nominated for several Emmy awards, including categories such as “Outstanding Drama Series” and “Outstanding Music Supervision.”
The show, which became an instant hit among sci-fi fans everywhere, debuted on Netflix in July, 2016.
