Standard Chartered Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) to introduce an exclusive Priority Banking proposition for eligible ICAB members.
Chartered Accountants play a vital role in ensuring good governance, transparency, sustainable growth and bring positive changes to the economy.
Designed to recognize the contribution of Chartered Accountants, this proposition brings together a suite of customized financial and lifestyle benefits for this esteemed professional community.
Subject to applicable terms and conditions, eligible Chartered Accountants can now enjoy a range of preferential banking and financing solutions, including savings on ICAB membership and practitioner fees, cashback and fee waivers on selected products, curated lifestyle and travel privileges, along complimentary supplementary debit cards.
Under this partnership, eligible ICAB members will also have access to Standard Chartered’s broader Priority Banking proposition, including dedicated Relationship Manager support, access to Bancassurance solutions, and Islamic Banking solutions through Standard Chartered Saadiq.

The MoU was signed by Enamul Huque, chief executive officer, Standard Chartered Bangladesh and Sabbir Ahmed, president, ICAB.
Senior representatives from both organizations were also present at the ceremony.
