Bangladesh Bank (BB) will arrange a press conference regarding the lawsuit filed over the reserve heist.
It will be held at 4:30pm in its office on Sunday, confirmed Abu Hena Md Razi Hasan, chief of the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit.
On February 1, Bangladesh Bank filed a lawsuit with a United States federal court in New York, over the $81 million stolen from its reserve account
The funds were stolen from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in February, 2016.
A team of senior BB officials went to New York on Friday to file the lawsuit against Philippines' Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and others, including several top executives, with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
