Mercantile Bank PLC signed agreements at the bank’s head office on Tuesday with six numbers of prestigious lifestyle and restaurant brands named Persona, Six Seasons Hotel, Tastebud, VitaSkin, Satori Ltd and Tabaq Coffee at the bank’s Head Office.
Mati Ul Hasan, the managing director of the bank, was present as chief guest at the signing ceremony.
The agreement was signed by Momotaj Hossain Runu, senior director, Persona; Md Anisur Rahman, general manager, Six Seasons Hotel; Athban Yusuf, managing director, Tastebud; Md Kabir Hossain, director, Vitaskin; Shaon Tanvir, CEO, Satori Ltd and Md Alamgir Hossain, operations manager, Tabaq Coffee Co Ltd on behalf of their respective organizations.
As per the agreement, Mercantile Bank Credit Card holders will enjoy attractive discount facilities from their outlets and payroll agreements were also signed with all brands mentioned above.
The bank’s DMDs Md Zakir Hossain, Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha and Dr Md Zahid Hossain, Group CFO Tapash Chandra Paul, PhD with other senior officials of both organizations were also present in the signing ceremony.
