The 406th board meeting of the board of directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Monday.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Khwaja Shahriar, presided over the meeting.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken.
Directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Prof Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury, Company Secretary Mohammad Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan and other senior executives were present in the meeting.
