The 46th meeting of the Shariah Supervisory Committee of Standard Bank PLC was held on Monday at the bank’s Boardroom, head office, Dhaka.
In the presence of Mohammed Abdul Aziz, honorable chairman of the bank and observer of the committee, and AKM Abdul Alim, director of the bank and observer of the committee; Dr Muhammad Saifullah, chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee presided over the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Fariduddin Ahmed, member; Dr Mohammad Monzur-E-Elahi, member; Prof Dr Hafiz Muztaba Riza Ahmed, member; Prof Dr Zubair Ehsan Hoque, member; and Md Habibur Rahman, managing director and CEO of the bank.
Md Siddiqur Rahman, deputy managing director and company secretary (Acting), and Md Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA, EVP, and CFO of the bank were also present at the meeting.
