Cero: We loved the food, but what really set it apart was the owner's inspiring story. Lazina Mona who had a stroke and was left with a stiff arm, but she managed a relatively new staff and kept a close eye on them. She had once said: "You can delegate all you want, but you have to personally supervise in the service industry.” And let us tell you, she does a great job of delegating. Throughout our time at Cero, the servers were friendly and attentive, keeping our food coming out quickly and suggesting dishes based on our tastes (we still love their Cero special tea, and we never would have ordered it if they hadn't explained how they make it). All the while the owner was still present

From the moment you step through their doors to the instant you bid farewell, they treat you with the utmost royalty. Should any aspect of your order not meet your satisfaction, they're swift to address it. Moreover, if you're conducting a meeting at Bistro E, rest assured they'll ensure you have a dedicated server catering to your midday hunger.
Punctual, courteous, and consistently professional in all interactions, their staff is not only well-versed in the menu but also attuned to any modifications. When it comes to delivering exceptional service, it's safe to say that Bistro E has truly mastered the art.
