The 13th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh (SCB) for the term 2022 and 2023 was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 under the Chairmanship of Md Rezaul Karim.
The meeting approved the minutes of the previous meeting, and accounts statement and approved the estimated cost for buying a blanket which will be distributed among the people affected by low temperature in various areas under CSR activities of SCB.
The board also fixed the date, time and venue of the 42 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SCB and approved its budget. The meeting also approved the SCB audit report 2022-2023 & new membership.
Senior Vice Chairman Md Ariful Ahsan; Vice Chairman AKM Aminul Mannan (Khokon) and Directors, Md Munir Hossain; Arzu Rahman Bhuiyan; Syed Md Bakhtiar; Md Nurussafa Babu; Ziaul Islam; Ganesh Chandra Saha and Ataur Rahman Khan also attended the board meeting.
