Chittagong South and North Zones of Islami Bank Bangladesh organized Agent Banking Business Development Conference and workshop on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing on Thursday at a local hotel in Chattogram.
Additional Managing Director of the bank JQM Habibullah addressed the conference as chief guest, reads a press release.
Mohammed Shabbir, deputy managing director and Miftah Uddin, senior executive vice president of the bank addressed the conference as special guest.
Presided over by Meah Md Barkat Ullah, head of Chittagong South Zone, AKM Mahbub Morshed and Mohammad Rezaul Karim, executive vice presidents, Mohammad Nurul Hossain, head of Chittagong North Zone and AM Shahidul Amran, senior assistant vice president also addressed the program.
Head of branches and proprietors of the agent banking outlets under the zones attended the conference.
