They recently partnered with Ogreem - the maiden local startup offering smart wages proposition for low-mid wage-earning employees across different sectors, reads a press release.
Through this partnership, National Polymer Group enables their low-mid wage-earning employees to access the earned salary at any point in time between paydays.
An agreement to this effect was formalized recently between the enterprises where Md Manzur Hossain, Head of HR and Admin for National Polymer and Ikramul Hoque Rayan, Lead Operations & Strategy for Ogreem inked on behalf of respective organizations.
National Polymer MD Riad Mahmud expressed happily that with this partnership, they expect their low-mid wage-earning employees' lives to get better in these tough times.
Mahmud, who also is the Honorary Consul of Georgia in Bangladesh believes that this smart initiative would soon be adopted by many of his peers across industries and make lives better for their workers all around.
Rahel Ahmed, Founder of Ogreem strongly believes that this smart wages offering would pave way for the building of Smart Bangladesh by 2041, as envisaged by country leadership.
