Midland Bank inks deal with Tredx

Midland Bank (MDB) signed an MoU with Tredx. 

The agreement will allow MDB to bid on the Tredx platform as a financier, along with other banks and non-banking financial institutions, to facilitate working capital for suppliers of large reputed corporate entities, reads a press release. 

Tredx platform is meant for online supply chain finance transactions.

Managing Director and CEO of MDB Md Ahsan-uz Zaman and Managing Director of ThinkBig Solutions Dr Masrur Reaz (under brand name Tredx) signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organization on Monday through a simple ceremony held at the head office of the bank at Gulshan 2, Dhaka. 

Md Zahid Hossain, deputy managing director, Mohd Javed Tarek khan, SEVP & head of institutional banking division, Mostafa Sarwar, and SVP & head of CRM, Md Ahsan Jamil Hossain, VP & head of SME from MDB and Abdul Mabud Tushar, chief business officer, Kaish Ahmed Pranto, asst product manager from ThinkBig Solutions were also present at the occasion along with other executive and officers of both the organization.
